At this year's Motek from October 8 to 11, norelem will be presenting numerous new products, including measurement and testing technology, and a selection from its linear technology and pneumatics range. The winners of the 11th Engineering Newcomer Competition will also be announced.



At the norelem stand 3319 in Hall 3, visitors can expect to see some new products in addition to the tried-and-tested products. New to the range, for example, are fixing systems for all common methods in measuring and testing technology. The standardized modules, including quick-action clamps, spring clamps and prisms, enable fast retooling for constantly changing measuring tasks.

norelem also offers tried and tested products, such as mechanical drive elements like adjustable linear guides, which include linear plain bearings, dovetail and rail guides. They do not require oils, greases or lubricants and are virtually maintenance-free. In addition, norelem presents a selection of telescopic slides and guides for different load ranges and in various extension types, equipment variants and materials. Also included are robust pneumatic cylinders, which norelem offers in three different versions, as standard, compact or round cylinders.


Advantage: standard part

A special device from EMBE Zerspanung, two thirds of which consists of standard parts from norelem, will also be on display at the trade fair stand. This is a measuring device for testing the insulation capability of cables, which is used in the field of electromobility, among other things.


Anyone who wants to find out more about working and designing with standard parts should come to Hall 5, Stand 5435 on Thursday, October 10 at 12:20 pm. Dirk Langenohl, Key Account Manager at norelem, will be giving a presentation on the advantages of standardized components.


Clear the stage for the engineering newcomers

The highlight of the trade fair appearance is the award ceremony for the Engineering Newcomers by the norelem ACADEMY on Wednesday, October 9, at 2 pm. The design competition offers pupils and students the opportunity to have their self-developed projects evaluated by a top-class jury of experts, to present them to the public and to win attractive prizes. Experts from norelem and the norelem Academy will be on hand to answer questions about the competition, the norelem SHOWTRUCK, project sponsorship, the full product range and interactive product knowledge.
