Convert drive commands into mechanical movements

The linear units from norelem carry out precise movement tasks in areas such as handling and automation. As adjustment units, norelem offers a wide range of actuators that reliably convert the movement commands they receive into mechanical movements.

Actuators are complete, mechatronic systems consisting of a battery-free multiturn encoder, a gearbox, a motor and integrated power and control electronics. As intelligent adjustment units, they convert received travel commands into mechanical movements.

In 18 different variants

The actuators from norelem (order number 85000-50) are attached to the end of a machine shaft or mounted on a shaft or spindle. To prevent rotation with the machine shaft, norelem has developed a mounting set (85000-51) consisting of a torque support and a mounting bracket. A total of 18 variants of actuators are available - for different shaft diameters, for different communication protocols and in aluminum and stainless steel versions.

Standard parts specialist norelem has developed the actuators especially for its linear units. They are suitable for linear unit 29105, double-tube linear unit with trapezoidal screw drive 21250, double-tube linear unit with mounting plate 21250-01 and the new aluminum square linear unit 29104.

Also for the new linear unit

The new square aluminum linear unit 29104 combines high rigidity, low deflection, high load capacity and easy handling. Using a spindle, it converts a rotational movement into a linear positioning movement. Available in three sizes, it can be used universally and is cost-effective. The highlight: the groove of the guide profile is covered with a steel strip that protects the spindle and the guide nut from contamination.
