Aligning workpieces with pinpoint accuracy: Positioning systems from norelem make it possible. Whether rotary tables, counter bearings, adapter plates, lifting tables or rod end bearings - norelem has addednumerous electrical and mechanical components to its product portfolio, either as new products or as new variants.

The electric positioning tables are versatile linear systems that are ideal as traversing and positioning modules. The virtually backlash-free guidance makes it possible to position components, limit switches, sensors, grippers and stops with an accuracy of a hundredth of a millimeter, for example in tool or handling systems.

Addition to the family of positioning rotary tables

The range of positioning rotary tables with electric drive has been expanded to include a variant for high loads. The new rotary tables can be loaded with forces of up to 12,000 N. Thanks to a cross roller bearing, which serves as a fixed bearing, high tilting moments can be absorbed. The new positioning tables are available in three different gear ratios (20:1, 40:1 and 48:1) and in each case without motor and control unit, with motor and with motor and control unit.

Positioning rotary tables with toothed belt drive are also new to the range. In contrast to worm-driven positioning tables, they achieve fast and dynamic rotation of the turntable. Due to their angular design and versatile mounting options, they can be easily integrated into the machine design. They are available with a gear ratio of 2:1, without motor and control unit, with motor and with motor and control unit and can be loaded with up to 5000 N.

Larger selection of mechanical positioning systems

The range of mechanical positioning systems has been extended to include maintenance-free counter bearings for positioning rotary tables. They can be combined with various positioning rotary tables to support long superstructures that are to be rotationally positioned. Their turntables compensate for axial and angular errors. Adapter plates for positioning systems are also available. They can be used to connect positioning systems of different sizes.

Further new additions

The range of lifting tables has been expanded to include lifting tables with mechanical position indicators. Lifting tables are used for the height positioning of components and assemblies, e.g. for stops, sensors, tables and cameras. Lifting tables can be combined with positioning tables, cross tables and other accessories according to the modular principle. The rod end range has also been extended to include form B with grip screw and clamping lever. With this quick clamping set, the rod end can also be operated without tools.
