At norelem, customers can now find a large selection of standard parts for mold and tool making. Standard parts are standardized elements that are installed in holes or recesses in tools, moulds or machine parts to ensure the smooth and precise movement of parts and minimize lateral displacement.

In total, norelem's full range has been expanded by 18 product families and around 2,300 items. The new products include guide pillars and guide pins as well as guide bushes, guide tubes and sliding plates.



Good guidance

on the one hand, norelem offers guide pillars, cylindrical rods made of hardened steel that can be used to precisely align moving parts vertically and provide stable guidance. Also made of hardened steel are the norelem guide pins, cylindrical pins that fit precisely into the holes of the guide pillars.

Guide bushes, guide tubes and sliding plates made of bronze with graphite inserts or hardened steel are also available. The special material composition gives the elements high mechanical strength and makes them resistant to loads and impacts. The graphite insert as a self-lubricating element minimizes friction, reduces wear on the sliding elements and moving parts and thus extends the service life of the tool.
