Nouveau Foyer OLAI in Kirchberg, Luxembourg

In Luxembourg's Kirchberg district, the Nouveau Foyer OLAI is a modern new building that represents a milestone in modern, socio-spatial construction development. The project was completed in 2023 and has a façade area of around 1,150 m².

The building was designed as a hybrid structure: A timber stud frame forms the structural basis, which enabled an economical and sustainable realization - the OLAI is also the first timber construction project in Kirchberg.

Vertical façade panels from Argeton were used to clad the façade. The substructure is based on our TC110-V profile system. A special construction was used due to the hybrid construction method with timber studs as the base.

The architectural design combines functionality with a high-quality look and contributes significantly to the clear, timeless appearance of the building.
