The ten advantages of SYSTEA substructures for ventilated rainscreen cladding at a glance

Enables maximum energy efficiency up to passive house standard

Wall brackets made of stainless steel with low conductivity and thermal separators enable thermal bridge-free constructions that meet the highest requirements for energy-efficient façades up to the passive house standard.

Sophisticated façade design

Our systems offer architects and planners unlimited design freedom. Our engineers develop individual customer solutions on request, especially for unusual façade designs.

Meets the highest structural requirements

Thanks to a large selection of different wall brackets, profiles and corresponding connecting elements, our façade systems can be perfectly adapted to the respective conditions on the building. This results in a wide range of possible substructure variants that meet the most diverse requirements.

Cost-efficient systems

Perfectly matched components and a precise fit ensure quick and safe installation of the façade substructure systems. The particularly long service life of the systems makes a further important contribution to the cost-effectiveness of your façade project.

Dimensional accuracy of all components

High-quality materials such as stainless steel and aluminum help to prevent damage caused by material expansion.

Corrosion-resistant and particularly durable

Aluminum and stainless steel are corrosion-free and particularly durable. Fireproof materials are also important, as the cavity forms an air gap through which a fire can spread. The use of fire-resistant materials such as aluminum or stainless steel is not only important to comply with building regulations, but also to be on the safe side.

Non-combustible material

SYSTEA substructure systems consist of aluminum and stainless steel brackets, profiles and clips that are classified as Euroclass A1 "non-combustible".

Fixed and sliding points ensure a secure hold

The fixed point transfers dead and wind loads to the load-bearing wall. The connection between the wall bracket and the profile is therefore designed to be non-displaceable in round holes. The connection between the sliding point and the profile, on the other hand, is designed as a sliding connection in slotted holes. This means that the profile is not hindered in its change in length - there are no constraints.

Stable, lightweight and high-quality aluminum

Its low weight and high strength, combined with easy processing on site or in production, make it an ideal material for the manufacture of substructure systems for all cladding applications.

Sustainable thanks to complete recycling

All SYSTEA substructure systems are made from high-quality materials such as stainless steel and aluminum and are 100% recyclable.
