Fixed without reflection
HEINRICH KIPP WERK has added two new variants with a black surface to its extensive range of quick and force clamps. These have been specially designed for use in the field of optical measurement technology, where they help to hold workpieces in place during photometric measurements.
The matt black surface of the new quick-release clamps prevents reflections during optical measurement and photography and compensates for external light influences that can lead to reflections during the measurement process. The clamping elements are made of burnished steel and are opened and closed with a handle made of black oil-resistant plastic. The quick-release clamps can be used in a horizontal (K2067) or vertical (K2066) design. Both versions are available in three sizes and have a horizontal base and an adjustable pressure spindle.
HEINRICH KIPP WERK offers a wide range of quick and power clamps, including push-rod clamps, pneumatic clamps and toggle clamps as well as in-house developed quick clamps. The latter are characterized by their ergonomic and user-friendly handle shape as well as their durability. Thanks to their special surface, the products are resistant to corrosion and particularly stable thanks to the conical clamping arm with U-profile. The innovative quick-release clamps are also available with a safety lock. This ensures that the handle can only be operated after the lock has been released.
In addition to its quick-release and power clamps, KIPP also offers users a wide range of accessories. The portfolio includes connectors with screw connection, adjustable clamping pieces for quick-release clamps with force sensor, mounting brackets, plastic handles and protective caps, adapter blocks and plates as well as clamping discs for pressure spindles.
