Clear path when changing workpieces
Small clamping element with a big effect: The new mini swing clamps from HEINRICH KIPP WERK are always a good choice when it comes to fast and secure clamping and unclamping of workpieces and convenient handling in tight spaces. These practical helpers are available in different sizes and variants. With clamping forces from 180 N to 3.5 kN, they are also ideal for clamping larger workpieces.
The mini swing clamps from KIPP are suitable for a wide range of applications in machine, tool and fixture construction. They offer the great advantage that the clamping arm can be rotated out of the work area when changing workpieces. This means that the workpiece can be easily removed or inserted from above.
The swing clamps can be installed in no time at all: The clamping device is simply screwed onto the workbench or fixture using the base, and the pressure spindle is flexibly adjusted to the respective workpiece height. Depending on the installation situation, variants with a left or right swivel clamping arm can be used. For particularly high corrosion protection, a nickel-plated version is available in addition to a burnished version.
An extensive selection of sizes and variants always offers customers the optimum solution for their specific application - as a basic version, with an eccentric lever or with a latching function. The latter ensures a constant clamping force and indicates that the clamping position has been reached with a clear click.
"With their compact size, high clamping force and wide range of variants, our mini swing clamps set new standards in terms of precision and convenience," explains Andreas Völkle, Product Manager Clamping Technology at KIPP. "Our aim is to offer our customers the optimum solution for every clamping task."
