In a representative survey conducted by TÜV Saarland, HEINRICH KIPP WERK was once again awarded outstanding performance in the areas of customer satisfaction and service. In addition to very good ratings for product quality, article availability and delivery reliability, KIPP employees in particular received top marks.

The TÜV certificate, which is awarded every two years, is based on a survey of 224 KIPP customers and confirms the company's excellent performance. The respondents awarded top marks for product availability (1.69), product quality (1.41), adherence to delivery dates (1.59) and fast order processing (1.44) and delivery (1.58), among other things. The friendliness of the employees (1.33) was also rated as "very good". 97.3% of customers surveyed would order from KIPP again.
