Versatile tubular handles made of aluminum and stainless steel from KIPP

Assembly-friendly multi-talents

HEINRICH KIPP WERK has expanded its extensive portfolio of tubular handles with new models made of aluminum and stainless steel. The innovative handles meet the needs of a wide range of industries and are characterized by their versatility, ergonomics and excellent price-performance ratio. The range of applications for the robust holding elements extends from the furniture industry to medical equipment. Their stability also predestines the handles for use on tools, sports equipment and transport devices.

The new tubular handles from KIPP not only fit very well in the hand, but are also extremely durable thanks to their robustness and stability. For example, the handle tubes are made of either aluminum or stainless steel. The end pieces are made of a reinforced plastic and are available in seven colors as standard. In addition, customer-specific color requests can also be realized. The handle tube is available in three variants: in natural or black anodized aluminum and in polished stainless steel.

Flexibility is provided by the special design of the handle legs, which are equipped with four clamping stands in the area of the tube receptacle. These are scraped off when the connecting tube is pressed in, thus ensuring a precise fit. The length of the handle can be easily customized in this way. As additional protection against twisting, KIPP offers its customers the option of additionally bonding the handle leg and handle tube.

The handles are also installed quickly and effortlessly with two self-tapping screws. These form their own thread when screwed into prefabricated holes on the back of the end pieces. This eliminates the need for thread inserts, which reduces manufacturing costs and contributes to the handles' good price/performance ratio.

With an outer diameter of 30 mm, the grip tube fits comfortably in the user's hand. As standard, the holding elements are available with a center distance of up to 1000 mm. In addition to the standard dimensions, any individual length is also available and a load capacity of at least 1000 N is ensured.
