Dunkermotoren is presenting the PLG 75 SL Servoline gearbox for the first time at sps. With the usual high quality, performance and a service life of >20,000 hours, it offers an unbeatable complete solution in combination with the durable DC servo motors of the drive manufacturer.

The BG 45 dPro, a new member of the BLDC motor portfolio, is based on the Motor Control Platform (MCP). The MCP is a modular concept used in all of Dunkermotoren's smart BG motors and some external electronics, allowing programming of various parameters and safety functions. As with all BG dPro motors, the strength of the BG 45 dPro is the integration of the complete motor electronics into the already compact housing. With a continuous output power of up to 110 W and rated speeds of up to 4,720 rpm, the motor is more powerful than its predecessors at the same rated voltage.

In keeping with the smart motors and controllers, the IIoT brand nexofox will be showing how product data can be made available to customers quite simply in the form of digital twins via management shells in the future. Together with the partners conplement, Endress & Hauser, Kübler, ifm and AS-Schneider, a solution was developed here with the support of the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance in order to be able to provide management shells in a standardized and manufacturer-independent manner. Meanwhile, for the classic IIoT UseCases, nexofox continues the modular idea of the Dunkermotoren DNA in the digital world. With nexoLink, nexofox introduces a central base module for easy integration of all Dunkermotoren IIoT offerings. Complementing this, nexofox gives an outlook on another modular extension of Smart Diagnostics - a predictive maintenance module for sensorless determination of gearbox wear. In addition to the expansion of the software range, the nexofox controller BGE 8060 dPro, a powerful extension of the BGE 5510 dPro, will be announced.

For driverless transport systems, the drive technology specialist will show a new solution with the NG 1000 WO hub gearbox. The combination of motor and gearbox requires an overall height of just 95 mm, enabling vehicles with a particularly low underride height. thanks to the axle offset, the drives can be arranged side by side in the vehicle, which reduces the minimum width to 600 mm and increases the load-bearing capacity and acceleration capability of the AGV. In times when space is a relevant cost factor, Dunkermotoren thus contributes to the implementation of space- and cost-efficient logistics solutions.

The sister company MAE, on the other hand, is dedicated to a completely different but no less current trend in 2023: local sourcing. MAE fully caters to this trend and manufactures its products exclusively in Europe. Combined with brakes, encoders, gears and electronics, MAE's stepper motor portfolio offers many drive solutions that can be flexibly assembled depending on the application. Here, the new, integrated sGo electronics offer a cost-optimized variant for the Nema 17 and Nema 23 sizes.
