The right hydraulic clamping technology for every clamping task
HEINRICH KIPP WERK is expanding its product portfolio in the field of clamping technology to include a large selection of hydraulic clamping elements. With a total of seven product families, a wide variety of clamping tasks can be flexibly covered - from simple clamping devices to fully automated applications.
In addition to mechanical and pneumatic clamping elements, HEINRICH KIPP WERK now also provides its customers with a comprehensive range of hydraulic clamping technology. The seven product groups of support elements, pull-down clamps, rotary lever clamps, lever clamps, block cylinders, screw-in cylinders and swing clamps cover the functions of support and clamping in a wide variety of hydraulic clamping applications. KIPP's hydraulic clamping elements are the technology of choice wherever the generation and transmission of large forces through the use of small clamping elements is required.
The exchange of information between the machine and the clamping element ensures good controllability of the clamping device, which, among other things, allows setup-time-optimized hydraulic clamping of a wide variety of workpieces and workpiece groups. In addition, the user benefits not only from the high safety standards of the clamping elements, but also from a significant reduction in clamping and unclamping times.
Depending on whether the elements are to be used in automated or non-automated clamping devices, KIPP provides its customers with single-acting or double-acting clamping elements. While the return time cannot be defined for the former, this is possible for the double-acting clamping elements, which predestines them for use in automated processes.
Seven solutions for a wide range of clamping tasks
With a total of seven product families, KIPP reliably covers all tasks in the hydraulic clamping process: 1.
Hydraulic support elements prevent vibrations and deflections on the workpiece during workpiece machining. 2
hydraulic pull-down cl amps for lateral clamping force transmission to the workpiece. 3. Due to their compact design,
hydraulic rotary lever cl amps are very well suited for clamping fixtures with limited space. 4. Hydraulic
lever clamps are used when the workpiece is to be removed freely upwards when the clamping fixture is not clamped. 5.
Hydraulic block cylind ers can be used as push and pull cylinders and are predestined for clamping tasks that require short linear strokes with high forces. 6.
Hydraulic screw-in cylinders can be installed directly in a clamping device and used as push and pull cylinders. 7
hydraulic swing clamps are designed for clamping fixtures where the clamping points must be free during removal and insertion.
