The new aluminum handwheels from the HEINRICH KIPP WERK are impressive not only visually, but also in terms of ergonomics and operational safety. Thanks to their innovative design, the control elements are particularly user-friendly and fit practically seamlessly into the production process. Theuser can choose between six versions in different sizes and two color variants.

HEINRICH KIPP WERK is expanding its product range with a series of particularly lightweight handwheels made of aluminum that perfectly combine function and design. The control elements are primarily designed for use in mechanical and plant engineering to make adjustments and settings manually, for example on valves, machine tools or gear motors. In addition, the handwheel can be used to move individual machine parts in emergency operation.

The aluminum handwheels are available as spoke or disc handwheels, either without a crank or with a rotatable or fold-down cylinder handle. The latter offers the user an optimized feel and very good grip due to its conical shape and a cylindrical shoulder. When folded, the cylinder handle disappears completely into the handwheel. This reduces interfering contours in the process and at the same time minimizes the risk of injury. Further advantages of the handwheels are their low installation height in the variants without and with fold-down handle, the low weight due to the material, and the low tolerance of less than 0.4 mm in radial and axial runout.

For fastening the handwheels, friction-locked and form-fit variants are available

are available. A black hub cover improves the appearance and reduces the entry of dirt.

All models have a durable powder coating and are available in either black or silver. The spoke handwheels are available in diameters of 125 mm and 160 mm, while the disc handwheels are available from 80 mm to 125 mm.
