With its new stainless steel assembly system (EMS), RK Rose+Krieger is expanding its range of stainless steel products with innovative fasteners for the erection of industrial rack structures made of square or round tubes of the common size 40. A special clamping technique allows simple, fast and safe assembly or disassembly in a few simple steps.



The new EMS from RK Rose+Krieger is a clean, low-cost alternative to welded tube constructions. The customer receives ready-machined connecting elements including innovative clamping technology, which he can combine with stainless steel tubes cut to length to create any desired frames or railings.



Five different EMS elements are currently available in both round tube and square tube versions: corners, tees, cross connectors, 3-beam connectors and foot elements with adjustable foot connection. In addition to the threaded hole for the adjustable foot, the EMS foot elements also have a second hole for draining off the cleaning liquid.



Each of the EMS elements is supplied with cast stainless steel clamping connectors, which are pushed into the connecting tubes and firmly clamped by tightening a screw. This creates a secure connection that can nevertheless be released at any time. The special clamping technology, which can compensate for tolerances of up to two millimeters, ensures a secure four-point contact in both the round and square tubes and thus a tightly centered all-round fit.



The new stainless steel assembly system is a particularly sustainable solution, as connecting elements and clamping connectors can be combined with any stainless steel round or square tube with a 40x2 cross-section. In addition, the assembled frames can be disassembled at any time, transported in a space-saving manner and reassembled in a new form.



Typical areas of application for the EMS fasteners are frame structures in food-related areas, clean rooms and all other industrial environments where stainless steel structures are advantageous or desired.

An expansion of the EMS with additional fasteners is being considered.
