The Robust Clamps from RK Rose+Krieger now available up to 50 mm

RK Rose+Krieger has expandedits portfolio of clampable stainless steel Robust Clamps pipe connectors. With the new size, the sturdy, corrosion-resistant connecting parts are now also available for pipes with a diameter of 50 mm.

The Robust Clamps product range from RK Rose+Krieger includes clampable stainless steel pipe connectors. They are an economical alternative to complex in-house or welded constructions for connecting heavy loads in a force-fit, impact-resistant and dynamically resilient manner. Until now, the pipe connectors were available in sizes 18, 30 and 40 mm. The new size now also covers cross-sections of 50 mm. When developing the new size, RK Rose+Krieger focused on the requirements of handling and automation.

Suitable for hygiene-sensitive applications

All Robust Clamps are electrochemically passivated, i.e. they are electropolished in a final step. This makes them more resistant and easier to clean than elements made of untreated stainless steel. This makes the Robust Clamps from RK Rose+Krieger suitable for use in devices and systems in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. As their design is characterized by smooth contour transitions, low surface roughness, large slots and blind hole designs, they also prevent the accumulation of dirt and are therefore also predestined for food-related applications.

Minimum unit weight

The Robust Clamps are characterized by an optimized wall thickness ratio. This ensures a minimal unit weight. Their strength lies in their simple assembly, which is carried out using standard tools thanks to the internal thread and external hexagon head screws. A silicone cover protects the threads from dirt and damage. Like all other series types, RK Rose+Krieger offers the new size in angle, cross, base and flange versions.
