RK Rose+Krieger - a full-range supplier of components and system solutions for industrial production and automation - has developed the Eco material trolley to ensure that this process does not come to a standstill, even when moving heavy loads or large quantities with a high total weight.

Low tare weight with high stability

Thanks to the reduced use of materials, it has a low tare weight and can be manufactured at minimal cost. Its base frame consists of weight-optimized, anodized aluminium profiles from RK Profiltechnik, whose design gives the frame a high degree of stability. With a tare weight of 15.6 to 56 kg, depending on the size, the Eco transport trolley is capable of transporting a total load of up to 200 kg. The system absorbs this load via 18 mm thick screen printing plates.

Adaptable to loads, sizes and quantities

The Eco transport trolley can be used for a wide range of applications. It is available in three sizes, each equipped with two, three or four levels. With handles that can be attached at any position in the groove geometry of the aluminum profiles, it can be handled ergonomically for any application. The manufacturer can implement individual sizes and adaptations on request.
