If the application requires moving a light load on the Z-axes, the RK MonoLine MT is recommended. It uses an omega-shaped toothed belt drive that is secured to the end plate on both sides. The motor is mounted on the carriage and can be attached on either side. The RK MonoLine MT in size 60 is available specifically for compact linear guides in pick-and-place, palletizing, loading, and unloading operations. Depending on the configuration, it can be used as a cantilever axis, horizontal axis, vertical axis, or gantry drive with two vertical axes.

The RK DuoLine series offers linear axes for high dynamics. The RK DuoLine S operates as a profile linear axis with an enclosed spindle drive and achieves speeds of up to 2.4 m/s. The RK DuoLine Z, with a toothed belt drive, achieves even higher dynamics and speeds of up to 5 m/s. Typical applications for RK DuoLine axes include automation tasks involving fast movements, such as in handling, assembly, and packaging technology.
