With its portfolio of components, RK Rose+Krieger can expand its RK monitor mount system to create ergonomic workplace solutions for operators of mobile machinery. They combine individual adjustment options with a robust locking mechanism that can also withstand vibrations.

Operating mobile machinery requires a high level of concentration over long periods of time. Ergonomic workstation solutions support the operators of cranes, agricultural machinery, construction equipment and other work machines in the safe control of heavy equipment. With its RK monitor mount, RK Rose+Krieger shows how such solutions for monitors and touch panels can be designed.

System solution consisting of various components
The RK monitor mount is a system offering from the manufacturer's tube connection technology. Together with the components of the clampable tube connectors, such as the Light Clamps, a VESA connection plate and an RK tube made of aluminum, a workstation solution is created with which operators can optimally position displays for their work.

With the mount, the monitor can be freely swiveled by 60°. Attached to the tube, it can also be flexibly adjusted to a height of 80 cm. The tilt can be locked in 15° increments. The maximum load capacity is 10 kg statically and 3 kg dynamically. All degrees of freedom can be adjusted separately without tools.

Safe against vibrations and shocks
In this way, operators always have their panel or display in view without it obstructing the field of vision to the outside. A high level of locking and vibration resistance ensures that the position of the mounted device remains secure even in robust working conditions.

RK monitor mounts are available in six variants for a wide range of mounting options. They serve different connection dimensions of end devices, which ensures a high degree of flexibility. The monitor mount is compatible with RK connection technology, RK tubes and RK profile technology. The mounting elements required for fastening, such as screws and sliding blocks, are included in the scope of delivery.
