RK Rose+Krieger has expanded its profile technology portfolio. With the RK Eco profile, the manufacturer offers a new design profile that is geared towards efficiency. This enables RK Rose+Krieger to always supply suitably dimensioned components and solutions for profile technology applications.

The new RK Eco profile rounds off the successful profile technology range from RK Rose+Krieger. RK profile technology is thus also available for applications in which weight-optimized and resource-saving components are used. The efficiently designed RK Eco profiles fit seamlessly into the RK Rose+Krieger product world in terms of quality and stability.

Versatile installation without drilling

As usual, the aluminum profiles are easy to install without drilling. The RK Eco profiles have a drill centring in the groove base, which can be used for individual adjustments. A wide range of accessories makes it possible to assemble the profiles easily and securely with gusset brackets, sliding blocks and other connection technology components. Standard hexagon and square nuts and screws can also be inserted into the groove geometry without twisting. The RK Eco profiles offer a wide range of possible applications. For example, they are suitable for the construction of underframes, such as those used for conveyor and storage technology, as well as for order picking trolleys and fixture construction.

Optimum material and cost efficiency

The various RK profile systems can be easily combined with each other. This means that system solutions can be precisely tailored to load capacities and equipment requirements and supplied from a single source. Users benefit from optimum material and cost efficiency and, on request, individual advice on which profile system best meets the target application.

The RK Eco profiles are available immediately from stock as 6 m bars or cut to size. RK Rose+Krieger is starting with two cross-sections 40 x 40 mm and 40 x 80 mm and will gradually expand the range.
