KIPP Group certified as a family-conscious employer
The KIPP Group has completed the berufundfamilie audit and received the certificate of the same name. The group of companies thus documents its efforts to provide all employees with comprehensive offers to reconcile work and family life.
To obtain the certificate, the executing berufundfamilie Service GmbH examined the existing measures and offers with which the KIPP Group already offers its more than 950 employees the opportunity to find a stable balance between family life and work. These include, for example, flexible working time models and flexitime accounts, including for production, arrangements for mobile working, a company health management system, employee development offers, time off for top sporting and social commitments and, last but not least, a subsidized canteen.
KIPPGroup with focus on family from the outset
The certificate is regarded as a seal of quality for a company compatibility policy. As a group of six companies, the KIPP Group has always made family involvement an integral part of its corporate culture and values. The benefits are obvious: a high level of attractiveness as an employer and an increased sense of well-being among employees, who bring their creativity and full potential to the job.
The audit also includes the specification of future measures to expand and extend the existing offering. These include working time accounts, the increased expansion of IT with a view to mobile working and the digitization of many processes, as well as communication measures to spread and strengthen the corporate culture. The spectrum even extends to summer vacation camps and other offers for employees' children.
