About iew Induktive Erwärmungsanlagen GmbH
Development and production of medium and high frequency induction heating systems for brazing, annealing, shrinking, hardening and for scientific and testing technology. Dealing with inductive heating and induction systems requires many years of experience and extensive know-how.
We are a manufacturer of induction equipment and specialize in heat treatment with induction heating systems and in special solutions for customer-specific complete systems. Since 1996 we have been developing and building equipment and systems for induction heating. In the field of temperature control we have made a name for ourselves and in this context we offer small PLC sequence controls for a precisely controlled heating process. Our customers are worldwide based industrial companies from the automotive industry, as well as companies from the tooling, mechanical engineering and research institutes and universities.
Inductive heating can be used wherever metals have to be processed by heat. It is suitable for workpieces made of iron, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, as well as all other electrically conductive materials.
In addition to the development, manufacture and sale of induction generators/induction heating systems in general, iew also offers you brazing systems, hardening systems, stamping systems, as well as customized complete systems, e. g.E.g. induction heating equipment with manual workstation, cooling systems for cooling the induction equipment, table and shelf systems etc.
Meanwhile, vacuum brazing equipment is also one of our core areas!
The induction heating unit TTH2HT consists of two components, the high frequency Generator and the stationary heating station with the corresponding inductor.
The automatic sequence control of the iew GmbH enables you to realize induction heating processes with up to 100 different programs with an alphanumeric input of the program name as well as the corres...
In addition to our proven induction systems for brazing technology, we have also been offering our innovative vacuum brazing system VVBM 200 (Vertical Vacuum Brazing Machine) since 2018. In order t...

Induction brazing of stainless steel tubes in the automotive industry
This brazing workplace has been equipped with a protection gas unit and has been designed for the inductive brazing...
Vertical hardening of small parts
This unit is a vertical hardening system for the hardening of small parts and for the annealing of chucks. This system is equipped with a rotary clamping...
Inductive stamping is a process in which a foil is placed onto a metal plate. After reaching the desired temperature, a contour will be embossed into the foil with the aid of a stamp.
Only when the inductor is constructed optimally can workpieces of the best possible quality be manufactured with it. The form is therefore adapted exactly to the workpiece and the system performance.<...
IEW Induktive Erwärmungsanlagen GmbH will present an induction system at TestXpo 2023 in Ulm, Germany, in which a ceramic tensile specimen can be heated by means of a susceptor tube.
Vacuum brazing is a preferred thermal method for joining various materials, including challenging materials such as tungsten carbide, ceramics, and diamond-based materials such as solid PCD, MCD, CVD, etc.
