  1. In addition to our proven induction systems for brazing technology, we have also been offering our innovative vacuum brazing system VVBM 200 (Vertical Vacuum Brazing Machine) since 2018. In order to also offer a suitable solution to small and medium-sized companies with lower overall volumes, we have developed the more compact and cost-effective VVBM150, which has been available since 2022.

    The vacuum brazing machine is characterized by its vertical design of the vacuum chamber, which makes the entire length of 350 mm (or 240 mm for the VVBM150) usable for components. The components can be placed on different levels (all 25 mm possible), and our 3-zone temperature control (or 2 zones for the VVBM150) ensures optimum temperature distribution within the vacuum chamber. As a result, temperature differences of less than 10 °C are possible. To keep contamination of the system and components as low as possible, we have chosen a quartz glass tube as the vacuum chamber in order to work as metal-free as possible. This leads to a further optimization of the component quality of the vacuum brazed products.

    Our vacuum brazing system also has a built-in viewing window for process control and development. We offer our customers not only the system itself, but also comprehensive advice on the soldering process, including solder selection and process selection.

    Exclusive to the VVBM200, we offer the option of integrating active nitrogen cooling to reduce overall cycle time. In addition, the system is equipped with partial pressure control to avoid outgassing of silver in active solders at higher temperatures. This is particularly relevant for applications such as MKD or CVD soldering to achieve high strengths.
