About iew Induktive Erwärmungsanlagen GmbH

Development and production of medium and high frequency induction heating systems for brazing, annealing, shrinking, hardening and for scientific and testing technology.
Dealing with inductive heating and induction systems requires many years of experience and extensive know-how.

We are a manufacturer of induction equipment and specialize in heat treatment with induction heating systems and in special solutions for customer-specific complete systems.
Since 1996 we have been developing and building equipment and systems for induction heating. In the field of temperature control we have made a name for ourselves and in this context we offer small PLC sequence controls for a precisely controlled heating process. Our customers are worldwide based industrial companies from the automotive industry, as well as companies from the tooling, mechanical engineering and research institutes and universities.

Inductive heating can be used wherever metals have to be processed by heat. It is suitable for workpieces made of iron, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, as well as all other electrically conductive materials.

In addition to the development, manufacture and sale of induction generators/induction heating systems in general, iew also offers you brazing systems, hardening systems, stamping systems, as well as customized complete systems, e. g.E.g. induction heating equipment with manual workstation, cooling systems for cooling the induction equipment, table and shelf systems etc.

Meanwhile, vacuum brazing equipment is also one of our core areas!

Inert Gas Soldering Unit

The flux used during the conventional brazing process is often the cause corrosion and burns on the workpiece. Flux inclusions may also lead to an impairment of the component properties. Furthermore,...

Inductive tempering

The inductive tempering is a subsection of the heat treatment in which a predefined warm-up, through heating and cooling process leads to specific desired component properties.

Brazing

Soft soldering, brazing, and high temperature brazing are different brazing processes, all of which can benefit from induction heating.

Soft soldering: Soft soldering is a process that u...
