We are a drop forge with approx. 100 employees, CNC machining, toolmaking and testing laboratory, specializing in small series of safety-relevant forgings made from all types of steel - including duplex, nickel-based, titanium and superalloys!

Unmachined part weights from 200g to 130Kg and maximum length 600mm.

KB Schmiedetechnik GmbH specializes in the forging of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steels such as duplex: 1.4462 (F51) or austenitic steels such as 1.4404 (F316L) and titanium-stabilized steels such as 1.4571 (F316Ti).

Furthermore, nickel-based and superalloys for the high-temperature range such as:

Monel®: 2.4360 - Alloy 400

Hastelloy®: 2.4617- Alloy B-2

Incoloy® and Inconel® steel groups:

2.4858 - Alloy 825 and 2.4856 - Alloy 625, 2.4816 - Alloy 600

And high-alloy nickel-chromium-based high-performance steels of the NiCrMoV group such as 1.6959 and similar for special requirements and applications.
