Insulated Conductor Systems (U15 - U35) by Paul Vahle GmbH & Co. KG
Mobile applications need to be supplied with energy in all areas of industry. Depending on the environment and power range, crane systems and harbor technology, conveyor belts and Ferris wheels, elevators or rolling gates place completely different demands on the systems.
The lightweight types U15, U25 and U35 for indoor and outdoor applications are particularly easy to maintain thanks to their individual installation. Thanks to different conductor materials, they are also particularly flexible and can be installed suspended, laterally or vertically. Curved tracks can also be realized.
In conjunction with the VAHLE Multi-Carrier (VMT) or the VAHLE Support Profile (VTP), the suspension distances as well as the area of application of the U15 and U25 can be extended. Various positioning systems can also be integrated. This means that individual customer requirements can also be met.
The U35 conductor rail with aluminium/stainless steel conductors is used for the electrification of RTG, RMG and STS cranes in salty environments (especially maritime port facilities). This cost-effective alternative to copper busbars has proven its high wear resistance and durability in this harsh environment worldwide.
VAHLE has the right busbar for every application. Designed in accordance with DIN VDE 0100, our contact-protected systems can be combined with any number of poles.
The insulated busbars can be heated to prevent icing. However, they also ensure reliable power transmission even under extreme heat. This is because the systems are also available in a heat-resistant version. U25 and U35 are even available as high-temperature versions and are suitable for use in environments with humid, salty air.

Insulated Conductor Systems (U10 und FABA 100)
A true classic from VAHLE: the U10 was developed back in the mid-1980s as part of the advance of the electrified monorail system.
Since then, we have continuously improved the insulated...
