New impetus for automation - GEMÜ Q50 eSyStep now also for hose sizes up to 1" inside diameter
GEMÜ is consistently driving forward the automation and electrification of biopharmaceutical processes: The GEMÜ Q50 eSyStepmotorized pinch valve is now also available for tube sizes up to 1" inside diameter. With the new actuator size, GEMÜ is expanding its product portfolio in a targeted manner and, for the first time, enabling the automated control of all tube sizes covered by GEMÜ pinch valves.
Maximum flexibility for all hose dimensions
The new actuator size 1 allows the use of hoses with an outer diameter of up to 1 1/2" (38.1 mm) and inner diameters of up to 1" (25.4 mm). The GEMÜ Q50 eSyStep actuators therefore cover the entire range for which GEMÜ offers pinch valves. For customers, this means maximum choice and flexibility in process automation.

The progressive electrification of single-use processes is a decisive factor for competitive, economical and future-proof production. With the GEMÜ Q50 eSyStep, GEMÜ offers a modern solution for the automated control and monitoring of a wide range of media. Features such as IO-Link connection, end position programming, tool-free hose replacement and the integrated position indicator facilitate intelligent integration into existing and new systems.
