Award for outstanding innovative strength

We are delighted to have been awarded the TOP 100 seal again this year - for the fourth time. The competition evaluates medium-sized companies on the basis of over 100 test criteria in the areas of management, innovation processes, external orientation and economic success.

Our innovations are not created exclusively in the laboratory behind closed doors, but in an intensive exchange with our customers, markets and partners. Together with suppliers, universities and through continuous market research, we develop solutions that are directly tailored to the requirements of our customers. Technology discussions between our development engineers and those of our customers play a central role here: they enable us to think up solutions at an early stage - both for new system projects and for existing systems.

Our product management works closely with the application in order to translate challenges from the applications into technological and process-related requirements. This results not only in new products, but also increasingly in complete system solutions that expand the scope of our range of services. Our innovation process is supported by the targeted use of artificial intelligence, freedom for creativity and our corporate guidelines, which help us to identify and implement opportunities at an early stage.

For us, innovation not only means developing new technologies, but also continuously improving collaboration - from initial customer contact and product experience through to service and delivery processes. The TOP 100 seal confirms that our approach works and motivates us to continue working with full energy on the solutions of tomorrow.

The TOP 100 award is given according to company size so that all participants have an equal chance. In the current 33rd round of the competition, 356 SMEs applied and 282 were successfully recognized. The top innovators will meet on June 26 at the Heidelberg Congress Center for the German SME Summit, where Christian Wulff will personally congratulate them on their success.

Since 1993, the TOP 100 innovation competition has honored medium-sized companies that stand out for their particularly systematic and successful innovation management. The decisive factor is not an individual product innovation, but the overall picture: strategy, innovation culture, processes, market orientation and measurable economic success.

The mentor is former German President Christian Wulff. Project partners include the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and the BVMW.
