In order to further strengthen the international orientation and customer focus of the GEMÜ Group, the Hohenlohe-based valve specialist restructured its management board in November 2025. Stephan Gehrig joins the GEMÜ Group's management team as the new Managing Director Sales and Marketing.

Gert Müller, CEO and Managing Partner of the GEMÜ Group, is expanding the Management Board of the GEMÜ Group: In addition to Stephan Müller, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Matthias Fick, previously Managing Director Global Operations at GEMÜ Germany, will join the Group's management team from November 2025. He will take on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in order to sustainably strengthen the operational performance of the GEMÜ Group.

In addition, the position of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) has been newly created and Stephan Gehrig has been appointed to the Group's Management Board. Mr. Gehrig brings with him extensive management experience from various industrial companies. He has built up valuable international sales and marketing expertise in various management roles, which he will bring to his new role at GEMÜ.

With this step, the company is bundling the management of all national and international sales and marketing initiatives in order to consistently further develop its market and customer focus.
