Durable punching tools

In addition to the manufacture of standard products, Vormann has specialized in the production of sophisticated and complex stamped parts and stamped-bent parts according to customer specifications. We design and produce the necessary stamping tools in our own toolmaking department to ensure that these can be manufactured in line with requirements.

Complete process chain

Our top priority is to fulfill the wishes and needs of our customers. We therefore accompany the entire production process from development and design through to production and delivery.

Once the order has been placed, we manufacture the tools required to produce the component, e.g. simple punching tools for separating cuts or complex progressive tools. Outturn samples are produced under series conditions and presented to the customer with a test report by our quality assurance department. After approval by the customer, series production takes place in our company.
