In addition to the production and sale of extensive standard product ranges, VORMANN also offers the manufacture of customized hinges and connecting elements according to customer requirements. In over 150 years of company history, we have not only acquired the necessary knowledge for this, but also the appropriate machinery for stamping and bending technology.

In addition to our design department, we also have our own toolmaking department and are therefore able to realize customer requirements quickly and flexibly

Quality requirements for our stamped and bent parts - from prototype to series production

One of our guiding principles is to always meet the demands of our customers and our own quality requirements to the highest degree. Each production part is monitored by our quality assurance staff from the first prototype sample to the start of series production.

The aim of our QA department is to work with our technicians and the relevant departments at our customers to ensure that each new product is ready for series production. Production only starts after your final approval

After completion, we can also give your individual component the desired finish.

Powder coating

In our in-house powder coating facility, we can coat the stamped parts in all RAL colors as well as in special colors.

The parts are degreased and phosphated before coating. The powder, consisting of polyester or epoxy resin, is then applied with a layer thickness of 80 to 10 µ using an electrostatic process and baked. The baking process melts the powder on the surface to form a dense, weatherproof plastic layer.

We can powder coat bare steel, galvanized and hot-dip coated steel and stainless steel. The maximum dimensions for the workpieces are 1,800 x 1,000 x 450 mm.

On request or depending on requirements or necessity, we can also realize all other technical surfaces for the stamped parts produced through one of our long-standing reliable partners, such as

The path of your individual stamped-bent parts - from the first draft to the final test report

Our top priority is the satisfaction of our customers. That's why we take you with us throughout the entire production process and offer a transparent insight, from development and design through to production, including surface treatment.

Once we have been commissioned to produce your individual stamped and bent parts, we manufacture the necessary tools, e.g. simple stamping tools for separating cuts, stamping and bending tools or complex progressive dies. We then manufacture outturn samples under series production conditions and submit them, including a test report.

Series production only takes place in our company once you are satisfied and have given your approval.
