the introduction of vertical transportation equipment for construction crane operators in the rental market.

This innovative project also includes a comprehensive demonstration and training program for crane operators and supervisors, which will take place at TADEX ŻURAWIE's headquarters in Poznan.

The project requires the use of one of the flagship products of the manufacturer GEDA GmbH, the GEDA 2 PK crane operator hoist. The renowned Bavarian manufacturer, a long-standing partner of TADEX ŻURAWIE, is thus contributing its extensive expertise and experience in vertical transportation. With over 90 years of industry experience, GEDA products are indispensable on construction sites worldwide.

TADEX ŻURAWIE already has GEDA 2 PK elevators in its product range and is active in both sales and rental on the Polish market. The company takes on the important and responsible role of installing and maintaining this equipment. This enables crane operators and service technicians to reach their workplace efficiently and without physical effort.

The use of such means of transportation not only leads to considerable time savings, but also increases productivity and significantly reduces costs, especially during 8-hour shifts where the operator's working time counts from entering to leaving the construction crane. The crane operator elevator reaches a height of up to 150 meters and offers space for a maximum of two people, with a load capacity of up to 200 kg.
An impressive example that underlines TADEX ŻURAWIE's market position in the field of this equipment is the construction of a modern water park in Lubin, which will offer one of the most attractive leisure facilities in south-western Poland in the future. Liebherr cranes are being used on this construction site, one of which is equipped with a GEDA 2 PK, which reaches a lifting height of 43 meters. All of this equipment was supplied and assembled by TADEX ŻURAWIE. Construction of the new aquapark is scheduled for completion in 2025.
The patented components of the GEDA 2 PK, such as the quick-release fastener for the ladder sections and the integrated cable duct, set new standards in terms of safety and performance. The cabin moves at a speed of 24 meters per minute and replaces the tedious climbing of a crane ladder. A crane operator who would have to climb to a height of 60 meters without the GEDA 2 PK would need around 12.5 minutes and would be exposed to considerable physical strain. With the elevator, however, this distance can be covered in the shortest possible time. This not only increases efficiency, but also protects the health of employees.
