The Henning WeightWatcher overload measuring system is based on an absolute measuring principle.

A sensor is mounted on each rope or dead center, which no longer needs to be calibrated using weights; the time-consuming use of weights is no longer necessary.

Stock-keeping is also simplified: one sensor module covers different rope diameters or eyebolt diameters.

The rope tension adjustment assistant integrated into the software is unique and amazingly simple: a complete rope set can be optimally adjusted in just a few minutes. This and the permanent rope tension monitoring reliably prevent unwanted and unnecessary wear on traction sheaves and ropes.

HOW IT WORKS:

A sensor is mounted in each rope, either directly on the rope or at the dead center. The sensors are simply connected to the AE 12 evaluation unit. This immediately displays the total weight and the individual rope loads without calibration with weights. the desired alarms are set via the display and the buttons on the device, or via the free PC software.

The device now provides alarms for up to 4 different load thresholds, slack rope conditions and differing individual rope loads.
