Datapaq DP5 data logger
The Datapaq DP5 is a robust and reliable temperature data logger. State-of-the-art electronics are used to achieve an optimum size/performance ratio. The data logger records the temperature values of up to 12 thermocouples with greater speed, higher resolution and greater accuracy than previously possible in the industry. It is housed in a solid aluminum machined housing that provides a very long operating life and low cost of ownership.

With more than 35 years of experience in the design of heat shields for furnace applications up to 1200°C and using the same insulation material used in aircraft flight recorders, Datapaq's heat shields are suitable for even the harshest operating conditions. The heat protection containers are insulated with a fine-pored material in a high-quality stainless steel housing with easy-to-use double closures. Despite their low weight, these heat protection containers are extremely robust so that they can withstand the required process temperatures with every run.

The Insight software is an easy-to-use software package from Datapaq that is tailored to the requirements of the electronics industry. With a typical reflow soldering temperature profile of just six minutes, users do not want to spend extra time analyzing the profile. The Insight software immediately provides a detailed temperature analysis.

The Insight Basic software for reflow trackers quickly and easily converts raw data into meaningful information. The accompanying software wizard guides less experienced users through each step of the temperature profile analysis. This provides a cost-effective and easy-to-use software solution that allows the soldering profile to be analyzed in detail and comprehensive reports on process performance to be generated.
