SolarPaq system for burn-in processes
The SolarPaq system for measuring the burn-in process uses a completely new cell holder. This allows the temperatures of a cell in the production process to be measured accurately and repeatably, without using an adhesive or building up a test piece. The solar cell is inserted into the fixture. The specially designed thermocouples are then placed in position.

This ensures precise and repeatable results - the basis for any process optimization

Application
To ensure maximum efficiency of the solar cell, the metal contacts must be as small as possible and have a low resistance. For this purpose, it is necessary to select the correct temperature profile for drying and baking the contacts and to keep it stable over the entire period.
