Lift tables in heavy duty design from EdmoLift GmbH

EdmoLift presents the industry's first standardized hydraulic lift tables designed for continuous operation - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The HD series lift tables meet the requirements of the highest category of the lift table standard EN 1570-1, category 5. This means that the lift table must perform at least 512,000 lifting cycles at full load. This corresponds to 4x or 16x more lifting cycles than conventional category 1 and 3 lift tables.

The design of the HD series makes it easy to adapt the lift tables to the customer's individual requirements. The high-performance self-lubricating bearings create the conditions for uninterrupted, maintenance-free operation. The exclusive design with its robust scissor gives maximum stability in all directions.

The HD series is the solution that offers the highest productivity and accessibility without breakdowns, for the most demanding sites.

HDL 2000 is the first "heavy duty" lift table in the new HD series. By investing in an HDL 2000, you ensure maximum accessibility and trouble-free production in the most demanding applications.

In its standard version, the HDL 2000 has a robust design with self-lubricating bearings, double flat steel scissors, an impressive minimum height of 200 mm, a load capacity of 2 tons and a lifting movement of 800 mm. The exclusive design of the lift table allows for easy customization.
