High clamping forces in the blink of an eye

The operation of the power clamping nuts of the MCA-S and MCA-T series is possible completely without tools. The clamping nuts extended by a star grip (MCA-S) or T-grip (MCA-T) allow uncomplicated operation by hand. The force amplification is achieved via the integrated planetary gear, high clamping forces are thus easily achieved.

Automatic changeover from pretensioning to force tensioning is ensured by automatic switching. Thanks to their robust design and the self-locking function of the power clamping nuts, a high degree of safety can be guaranteed. Made of nitrocarburized quenched and tempered steel and fitted with an aluminum housing cover, they can be used at operating temperatures from -30°C to +90°C.
