High clamping forces with easy handling

The MCA-S and MCA-T series power clamping nuts are a further development of the tried-and-tested MCA series. To make operation even more user-friendly, the classic hexagon has been supplemented by a star or T-handle, which enables easy handling without additional tools. The integrated planetary gearbox enables a considerable clamping force to be generated effortlessly by hand.

The innovative ratchet mechanism ensures automatic switching from pre-tensioning to power tensioning. The robust design and self-locking function of the power clamping nuts offer a high degree of safety. Manufactured from nitrocarburized heat-treated steel and with a housing cover made from high-strength aluminium, these components are characterized by their durability. The power clamping nuts are also suitable for use in a wide temperature range from -30 °C to +90 °C.
