The Schweinfurt-based waterjet pioneer has expanded its demonstration center with a versatile range of OMAX machines. Beginners and experts alike will benefit from this.
Schweinfurt.
In the fall of 2022, Maximator JET GmbH had announced its strategic alliance with INNOMAX AG. Now the company has also converted its demonstration center to OMAX systems. Interested parties and users can thus discover the advantages of waterjet technology for themselves without obligation and in a practical manner on the latest systems from the world market leader. In addition to live demonstrations and free test cuts of their own workpieces, visitors also benefit from individual advice. This includes cost-benefit and feasibility analyses and production engineering coaching as well as upgrade advice and maintenance support. The Maximator JET demonstration center is headed by waterjet luminary Sven Anders, who has been driving the development of cold-cutting technology for 29 years and intends to share his know-how with users in the future as part of exclusive appointments. "We afford ourselves this comprehensive service out of conviction." explains the electrical engineering graduate. "Anyone who experiences the performance of a waterjet system first-hand and recognizes the potential for their own production is won over to our cause." A visit to the waterjet center is possible by appointment on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00. For a personal demonstration appointment with Sven Anders, all you need to do is call the Maximator JET company headquarters in Schweinfurt.
The highlight of the newly upgraded Maximator JET waterjet center is the OMAX OptiMAX 60X with TiltaJET, the most accurate waterjet cutting system on the market. In addition, an OMAX MAXIEM 2040 with 3D cutting head A-Jet for interdisciplinary all-round needs in the 2D and 3D area as well as the world's smallest industrial waterjet cutting system OMAX ProtoMAX are also available for demo purposes. Depending on the user's experience, this option holds different advantages: Waterjet beginners will learn during the exclusive demonstration how they can make their production more efficient, sustainable and flexible with waterjet technology. They also have the opportunity to send in a dxf file of the sample workpiece of their choice in advance free of charge and follow the production of the test cut live on site. If required, you will receive a customized cost-benefit analysis on top. During the live demonstrations, advanced users will be shown how they can sensibly upgrade or retrofit their system or add another system in order to manufacture more efficiently or tap into new value-added potential. All visitors will also be able to gain an overview of Maximator JET's "all-round carefree" service, which as a 360° service provider also covers the full range of requirements in terms of accessories, operating materials, spare parts and services. This will continue to apply to existing customers in the same tried-and-tested form.
Interested parties for whom a visit to Schweinfurt is too time-consuming can visit Maximator JET at the Schweißen & Schneiden trade fairs in Essen from September 11 - 15.2023, Hall 6 - Booth 6D19 and at Blechexpo in Stuttgart from 07.11. - 10.11.2023, Hall 9 - Booth 9305 to arrange a personal consultation appointment with Sven Anders and also discuss various manufacturing options on the basis of a free test cut. In this case, Maximator JET must be provided with a dxf file of the desired sample workpiece up to one week before the start of the trade fair.
