Seit 1999 entwickelt und realisiert das Schweinfurter Unternehmen schwerpunktmäßig hochspezialisierte  Wasserstrahlschneidesysteme für Sonderanwendungen aller Art. Sein Markenzeichen sind kreative, bis ins Detail maßgeschneiderte Fertigungslösungen für alle aktuell mit dem Werkzeug Wasser bearbeitbaren Materialien und Einsatzzwecke. Das Portfolio der Maximator JET GmbH umfasst neben MicroCutting-Anlagen aus eigener Produktion 2D- und 3D-Schneidsysteme des österreichischen Herstellers STM, Hochdruckpumpen bis 6.000 bar, Hochdruckkomponenten, Betriebsmittel sowie Fullservice im Bereich Applikations-Beratung, Instandhaltung und Wartung. Die Maximator JET GmbH konzentriert sich seit 2022 exklusiv auf den deutschen Markt.
