At this year's automatica, the international trade fair for intelligent automation and robotics, which will take place in Munich from June 27 to 30, norelem will present numerous innovations such as pneumatic swing clamps as well as a variety of proven standard elements.

At the norelem booth this year, in addition to the established product range, visitors can once again expect a number of innovations such as pneumatic swing clamps and couplings in various designs as well as "intelligent" bushings - all of which can be touched and tried out at the so-called platform islands.



The norelem highlights

On one of these exhibition panels, for example, the ease of use of the swing clamps and lever clamps can be tested. Another panel shows various couplings for torque transmission and vibration damping, such as metal bellows couplings, elastomer claw couplings, cross slider couplings and rigid couplings. With the intelligent bushings, norelem presents yet another highlight: locking pins and positioning bushings as well as spring-loaded thrust pieces with condition sensors. These inductive sensors enable actuation-dependent process control.



Experience product diversity

norelem has put together a selection from more than 70,000 products that you can try out live at automatica. In the area of fixing and clamping, the company will be presenting its flexible standard parts system, which includes support and bearing elements, locking and locating bolts, centering clamps, ball thrust bolts, 5D workpiece stops and spring-loaded side thrust pieces. Another exhibition panel shows the centering unit, here floating clamps and swing clamps hold a workpiece in position. The exhibits also include variable quick clamps, various clamping levers, and flat-head screws with tolerance compensation. Under the heading of Hygienic Design, various standard parts will also be on display, including rotary latches and hoses as well as screws and nuts designed to meet the stringent requirements of the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and packaging industries.

From the motor positioning systems sector, norelem will be presenting various positioning tables, shaft joints, bevel gearboxes and worm gearboxes. Special highlights are the two large exhibits, the norelem drive gearbox and a claw machine - a drive combined with pneumatic handling system. Also on display will be various telescopic slides, including those with soft-close damping system, push-to-open function or self-closing. The product ranges of castors (fixed castors, swivel castors with "stop-fix"), aluminum profiles and technical accessories such as coolant and suction hoses as well as rectangular, flat and high-pressure nozzles round off the company's presentation.
