In the case of the locking bolts with condition sensor, a sensor integrated into the handle records the condition of the bolt. The sensor is connected to the machine control by a three-core PVC cable. The state (locked or pulled) can be precisely detected, thus enabling actuation-dependent process control. The length, height and position of moving components can thus be adjusted even more precisely. The locking pins from norelem are available in steel or stainless steel.


The positioning bushings with condition sensor have a variably adjustable sensor on the bushing. On the models "for condition sensor" the user can mount a standard inductive sensor with 3 mm diameter. The inductive sensor detects the signal and transmits it to the machine control system, which, for example, does not start the production cycle until all operating or detent elements are in the correct position. The electronic condition monitoring is used, among other things, in the packaging industry, in particular for the format adjustment of packaging machines.
