FUHR presents itself with strong solution offers at BAU 2023.

The trade show appearance in Munich, Hall C4 Stand No. 129, is all about a solution-oriented performance show with a completely new trade show stand design tailored to this.

FUHR presents numerous product innovations and further developments in high-quality locking systems within the material-related system solutions. With the portfolio extensions FUHR supplements the proven complete programs by future-oriented solutions and extends thereby the application variety with processors and users.

Among the specialities above all the novelties rank approximately around the automatic programs, which enjoy increasing popularity and are considered in the meantime as natural with the equipment of high-quality entry doors and in the object range. Thus further promising product novelties supplement the automatic family, including a completely new automatic series with electrically activatable handle. The highlight of the novelty presentations is the automatic panic lock 837PX as inductive solution.

In addition there are innovations with the comfort and safety-relevant access solutions. Thus the video door intercom SmartConnect door shows up in an optimized Design and with integrated finger scan or the SmartTouch handle bar with the trend color black. Even more than before, the new stand concept with plenty of space and a competence lounge invites visitors to inform themselves comprehensively about the many advantages and unlimited application possibilities for modern door security.

Diverse solution competence for functional doors, wooden doors as well as escape doors.

The FUHR system solutions developed for flexible application diversity are ideally tailored with their respective complete programs to the most diverse door materials and needs as well as for every requirement, for every door - whether for the private or the commercial sector. All system solutions are based on a wide range of lock and latch variants, supplemented by profile-specific accessories. They are also characterized by uniform milling and screw fittings for efficient processing, as well as universal locking parts.

For functional doors - as solid leaf doors made of wood or steel - a coordinated product variety is available for a wide range of applications. Of course, individual comfort and safety requirements are taken into account, as well as the necessary technical production needs of the fabricators.

For wooden doors, fabricators have access to a complete program that is tailored to a wide range of applications as well as to the most diverse requirements. Even taking into account individual regional conditions and the axial dimensions customary there.

For escape doors, tested and certified FUHR locking systems are available for single and double-leaf escape doors. The FUHR panic multipoint locks comply with the nomenclature EN 179 and EN 1125. At the trade fair, the performance will be demonstrated using the kindergarten solution as an example.

Solution focus on automatic locks - expansion of the autosafe/autotronic product family for more application diversity.

Thanks in part to their modular design, the autosafe and autotronic automatic series are enjoying increasing popularity among dealers, fabricators and end users alike, and this is now reflected in an expansion of the product family. With special features, the locks offer additional advantages for expanded or new applications.

- In addition to the standard motor, another version is now available. The new motor offers the possibility that it can be supplied with both 12 and 24 volts. This means that the appropriately configured motorized lock can also be used with the 24-volt power supply frequently used in properties.

-the enhanced panic functions of the automatic escape door locks ensure greater flexibility and cost-effectiveness in practical applications.
Panic function B scores with a 4-in-1 solution. This is because now not only the different door directions (DIN left and DIN right) but also the opening directions (inward or outward opening) can be easily changed.
The escape door locks with panic function E have also been optimized. If required, a secured daytime latch function can be achieved from the familiar secured permanent release by simply unscrewing a screw. Thus the door opening can be controlled e.g. by an E-opener.

- Beyond that a new automatic series celebrates on the BAU 2023 premiere. FUHR presents two new multipoint locking systems with the reliable type 10 locking system: autosafe 837 and autosafe 837P with panic function, both with electrically activated handle. They are ideally suited for exterior and passage doors in the commercial sector that are to be opened with an electronic access control system and also monitored remotely. For this purpose, they fit seamlessly into the familiar material-specific system solutions.
Characteristic features are the extensive standard features: Connection option to 12/24 volts, switchable from working to idle current, various feedback signals - also acoustic - on the lock and door status, and FH design. The panic version is of course tested in accordance with EN 179/EN 1125.

- The autosafe 837PX automatic panic lock with induction and electrically activated handle will be presented as a further highlight. It is ideal for retrofitting, as the lock does not require a wired power supply. The necessary power is transmitted by induction from the strike plate or strike bar.
