Our new site in Switzerland - moving into a new era

Since the beginning of the year, Küssnacht am Rigi has been the new central location for our approximately 160 employees in Switzerland. For the PFISTERER Group, which has been rooted in Switzerland for decades, this marks the dawn of a new era: in Küssnacht, we are uniting our divisions, which were previously located in Malters and Altdorf, in a new central technology and sales center.

Only the high-voltage laboratory and the Services division (training and assembly) will continue to be operated from Altdorf. "With the merger of the two sites, we are building a new sales and technology center in Küssnacht - a major investment that will increase the competitiveness of the entire PFISTERER Group," says Eduardo Santana, Managing Director of PFISTERER Switzerland AG, looking to the future with anticipation.

The modern premises are flexibly designed for further growth and offer an optimal working environment. Equipped with a new showroom, technical center and laboratory area, the new sales and technology center will be an attractive place for exchanges with customers and business partners. "We are delighted to be ushering in a new era for PFISTERER in Switzerland. At the same time, this is also a clear decision in favor of Switzerland as an important technology and innovation location," explains Eduardo Santana.

Important innovation, technology and sales location

PFISTERER has been firmly rooted in Switzerland for around 65 years and we are proud of the development that began in 1957 with the establishment of our first foreign subsidiary in Malters. Today, the Swiss site plays an important role in the development and sale of customized components and systems for high-voltage overhead lines and underground cable networks. We intend to continue this success story in Küssnacht in the coming years.
