Exhibition appearance at LogiMAT Stuttgart 2020
Dunkermotoren will again be represented at the LogiMAT in Stuttgart in 2020. The motor manufacturer will present its highlights of DC servo motors for the intralogistics industry in hall 7 at stand A37 from 10 - 12 March 2019.
The NG 500 in combination with the BLDC of Dunkermotoren is the ideal wheel drive. By integrating the gearbox into the wheel hub, it takes up virtually no installation space. Depending on the desired power and speed, the NG 500 can be built with different reduction ratios, and can be combined with the motors BG 75 and BG 95. As the designation indicates, a weight of 500 kg can be carried. Assuming an ideal load distribution and four wheels, vehicles such as an AGV with up to 2.000 kg can be moved.
The smaller brother NG 250 can also be used as a wheel drive for lighter vehicles, e. g. in applications such as winders. The wheel hub becomes a heavy-duty winding reel that can carry a pull of 250 kg.
With several 100.000 units sold, the BG 65(S) from Dunkermotoren is probably the best-selling industrial DC servo motor with fully integrated motor electronics. With BG 65/ BG 66 dMove, successor products with even higher power density and additional innovative features are now coming onto the market.
