Vibromera — rotor balancing where the machine works

Vibromera develops and manufactures Balanset portable instruments for dynamic rotor balancing and vibration analysis. Engineers can balance suitable rotors in their own bearings, on site, without transporting them to a balancing workshop. Applications include fans, mulchers, crushers, centrifuges, shafts and machine-tool spindles.

Founded in 2017 and based in the Porto area of Portugal since 2023, Vibromera brings product development, assembly, field work and customer support together in one engineering team. Practical balancing work informs both the instruments and their software.

Balanset-1A measures vibration amplitude and phase, displays the FFT spectrum and calculates correction masses and angular positions using the influence coefficient method. It supports single-plane and two-plane balancing. The instrument measures the machine's response; an engineer interprets the results. Balancing does not repair damaged bearings, loose mountings or other mechanical faults.

The Full Kit includes the measurement unit, two vibration sensors, a laser tachometer, software, a magnetic stand, electronic scales and a transport case. The OEM version provides the same functions without the stand, scales and case. It is intended for balancing-machine builders and for upgrading existing machines. A Windows laptop is required and is not included.

The software and updates are included without a mandatory subscription or annual software fee. We provide technical assistance by email and offer extended WhatsApp support under a separate plan. We also advise customers building their own balancing machines and provide on-site balancing services in Portugal.

Balanset instruments carry a two-year commercial warranty. We ship internationally by DHL and UPS. Contact our engineering team to discuss your rotor, machine condition and measurement requirements.
