Balancing Measurement System by Vibromera
Balanset-1A OEM provides the same single-plane and two-plane balancing functions as the Full Kit. It includes the measurement unit, two vibration sensors, laser tachometer and software. The magnetic stand, electronic scales and transport case are not included. A Windows laptop is required and is supplied by the user.
The OEM version is intended for companies building balancing machines and using Balanset as the measuring system, and for upgrading older balancing machines. The instrument measures vibration amplitude and phase and calculates correction masses and angular positions. Machine integration requires a suitable mechanical setup and repeatable measurements. Balancing does not repair mechanical defects.
