Laser And Beam Diagnostics by Quantum Design GmbH

Beam diagnosis based on Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensors allows a comprehensive laser beam characterization with one single measurement. This is of particular importance for pulsed or fluctuating sources. Beam parameters such as diameter, divergence, and M2 can be evaluated from the wavefront and the simultaneously recorded near-field profile in real time and with a precision in the percentage range.
