The FEIN KBM 32 Q is a compact core drilling unit for construction work. The FEIN KBM 50 QX has a mechanical two-speed gearbox for core diameters of up to 50 mm, while the lightweight, two-speed FEIN KBM 52 U is suitable for universal on-site use. The powerful FEIN KBM 65 Q and 65 QF are designed for use in the workshop and for diameters of up to 65 mm. The three-speed FEIN KBM 80 auto and KBM 80 U were launched in 2010, the FEIN KBM 80 auto being the first fully automatic core drilling unit with digitally controlled drill feed. 2011 saw the introduction of the KBH 25, the world's first hand-guided core drilling system. All these systems come with a QuickIN tool mounting for quick bit changes without the need for extra tools. FEIN's existing core drilling solution, the high-quality KBM systems, can be used with carbide core drills and are suitable for a wide range of applications, such as core drilling, twist drilling, thread cutting, countersinking and reaming.
