Finger protection for sheaves and pulleys by Stingl Systems GmbH

Protection device according to the harmonized regulations of EN 81/1 at the point of contact of the ropes of traction sheaves and deflection pulleys. A left or right version is available.

Specifications/material:
  • Galvanized steel, 4mm thickness, laser cut, high variability in height and width due to telescopic design, incl. fixing material.
  • 525 mm - maximum height
  • 150 mm - maximum traction sheave thickness
Supplied as a kit with this fixing material:
  • 3 sliding clamps
  • 8 screws and nuts M6x20
  • 16 washers M6
  • 7 screws M5x10
  • 7 washers M5
Optionally, the maximum height of the guard can be increased to 675mm or the maximum traction sheave thickness to 220mm by using additional components.
