Anti-trap protection for traction sheaves and deflection pulleys

Protective device in accordance with the harmonized regulations of EN 81/1 at the rope contact points of traction sheaves and deflection pulleys. A left-hand and right-hand version are available.

Specifications/material:

  • Galvanized steel, 4 mm thick, laser-cut, high variability in height and width due to telescopic design, incl. fastening material.
  • 525 mm - maximum height
  • 150 mm - maximum traction sheave thickness
Supplied as a kit with this fixing material:
  • 3 sliding clamps
  • 8 bolts and nuts M6x20
  • 16 washers M6
  • 7 screws M5x10
  • 7 washers M5
Optionally, the maximum height of the guard can be increased to 675 mm or the maximum traction sheave thickness to 220 mm using additional components.
