The DAUTEL SLIDER DS 1500/2000VT combines the main system advantages of the DAUTEL SLIDER DS VA for normal bodies - high load capacity, large platform, low-maintenance design and safe operation - with the space and weight-saving design of the DAUTEL SLIDER DS 1500/2000VT XXL for C782 volume swap body trucks with low coupling at a parking height of 970 mm.Technical data:

- Load capacity 1500 kg with load centre 800 mm, or 2000 kg with 600 mm, referring to the start of the platform, centrally.

- 2-part steel/aluminium platform length 1620 mm, 1720 mm and 1820 mm, width 2400 mm. Easy unfolding of the aluminium platform tip by hand supported by torsion spring.

- Platform can be equipped with a drive-over profile for boxes/platforms or drive-over plate for BDF interchangeable bodies.

- Depending on the mounting situation, the external control is supplied in the form of the DAUTEL plastic box or in a space-saving Z-profile.

- Suitable for trucks with a frame width of 750 mm - 790 mm and 837 mm - 867 mm.

- The truck frame is to be tapered depending on the attachment situation.

- The drive unit is mounted between the rear axle and the DAUTEL SLIDER on the truck frame.

- In case of low loading/storage height, it may be useful to integrate the rear lights into the steel platform part in the form of LED lights incl. license plate holder. An approval according to StVZO § 70, a ballast for the indicator lights and a parameterisation of the truck electrics are required. Not included in delivery/price.

- Steel parts KTL painted RAL 9005 black.

- Technical coordination with DAUTEL is generally required.
